Undergraduate Ceremony Details
Degree Candidate Entry and Instructions
- Degree candidates enter and recess via Gate 1 South of Boone Pickens Stadium.
- Family and guests enter via the Northeast and Southeast Lobby doors of Gallagher-Iba Arena.
- Visit the Commencement Parking and Accessibility page for parking details.
- Doors will open an hour prior to the published start time.
- You are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time wearing your cap and gown.
- Ensure your tassel is on the right side as you arrive. You will move your tassel to the left at the end of the ceremony.

Family Members and Guests
- Family members and guests will enter via the Northeast and Southeast Lobby doors of GIA.
- Doors open one hour before the ceremony start time.
